Library

To develop the intellectual skills of students, the school provides a well stocked and computerized library to the students with the latest up to date books for reading, research and reference material comprising with an array of books on social issues as well as auto biographies, encyclopedia and historical reading. Students are encouraged to borrow books to read in their spare time. The art and craft corner lays the foundation of creativity bringing out the best in our students.

Laboratories

The school has sufficient laboratories for subjects like Science labs, Computer labs, Audio- Visual labs each of which helps in developing scientific thinking and analytical mind in each and every student.

Conveyance

The School has its own fleet of buses and Van conveyance equipped with speed limit tracho meter providing safe, secure and convenient transport facility from each part of the city.

Sports

The school believes that physical education forms an integral part of modern education. The school offers a well planned programme of physical development activities. One can acquire a strong and radiant physique and also a healthy mind by playing games in the fresh air in the sports field. So the school maintains well kept playing grounds for most of the Internationally recognized sports. The School provides a 400 m athletics field with a Cricket pitch, Hand Ball, Volley ball, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Badminton court for those who are more physically oriented. Students are trained in Yoga and meditation for their all round development and the school also offers facilities of throwing events (Javelin, Short put, Discuss), Lemon-race, Back-race, Zig –Zag Race, Three-leged Race, Frog Race, Sack Race, Blind Race, Jalebi Race.

Insurance Cover

Every child of the school is provided by an Student Accidental Insurance cover of Rs. 25000/-.

Scholarship

Scholarships will be provided to the needy and deserving children. A format in this regard is to be filled in end submitted to the Society for consideration and the decision of the Society will be final and binding.

Houses

The students council has the responsibility of maintaining school discipline. The council consists of the Head Boy, Head Girl, House Captains and House Prefects. An office bearer needs to show the academic brilliance, sense of responsibility, leadership qualities, initiative, personal sense of discipline, exemplary code of conduct and high moral character Student of Std. I and above are divided into Four Houses namely Blue, Green, Orange, Red. Each house conveyance and other staff members assist him / her. The house system inculcates the qualities of leadership, co-operation, mutual understanding, tolerance and self — reliance. Various activities such as dramatics, elocution, quiz, group singing, dance etc. are held regularly to build up team spirit. The students are also initiated in community service and social work.

Religious Moral Education

The school is secular in character and pupils of all religions feel at home in the secular atmosphere of the school. All great religious festivals are celebrated in the school with great fervor. We also stress on value education in our school. To make it meaningful and effective we instill ethical values through lectures and camps. The focus of NCA Sr. Sec. School has always been to sensitize the student community on social issues and motivate them to contribute their might to provide success to the needy. Techno Savy

The school lives up to the standard of present generation by imparting computer training to its students. School has fully equipped with optical Digital classes equipped with OHP white & Green Projector Board. Computer labs with latest facilities.

A centre in the school premises gives personal and remedial counselling for the students facing problems in their academic and personal life also. It gives vocational guidance to enable students in choosing their career and future prospects.

Parents Teacher Meeting

For education, to be meaningful and rewarding, it is essential that the students, the staff and the parents work in unison. The parents have to play paramount role in making the vision of school true. The objective of school will remain incomplete without the active participation of parents. The parents are always encouraged to guide the children and know about their personal and educational problems and discuss with teacher and Principal in parent teacher meeting to sort out the problem. The co-operation and suggestions of parents provide great help to school.
